Firefighting B-Fire reaches UAE thanks to Hyundai

Gasco, a company active since 1978 in the field of oil & gas headquartered in Abu Dhabi, will add a platform B-Fire330 in its fleet.
The company is a joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Shell, Total and Partex, and Atheer (ADNOC) and is considered one of the most innovative companies in the field of gas and oil.

Commercial negotiations with CTE was born thanks to the famous Korean company Hyundai, engaged in a major contract of supply to a new Gasco gasification plant which included a serie of fire fighting and safety equipments and 4 vehicles, including an aerial platform B-Fire CTE.

B-Fire 330 reaches 33 m working height and has a foam tank of 4000 liters capacity. The basket offers a maximum capacity of 400 kg, which allows access to 4 operators with their full equipment. A front flap, designed as a bridge and an entrance in the basket on the front wall allows a continuous and easy connection from the elevated relief area to the ground, while an electronic ultrasonic device prevents accidental collision of the basket with any obstacle. Two nozzles for spraying water located beneath the decking provide effective protective barrier against the high temperatures generated by fire. The machine also features a lateral aluminum alloy ladder, an integrated electronic system, three control stations, a system for automatic stabilization, fire bodywork and interior lighting.
