CTE SpA announces joint venture with Rosenbauer International AG

CTE SpA announces an important joint venture in the sector of firefighting and rescue platforms with Rosenbauer International AG, market leader in the firefighting market, with headquarter based in Leonding (Austria).
The newly founded Rosenbauer Rovereto Srl is a company that will manufacture firefighting and rescue platforms and water towers manufactured and sold so far by CTE SpA under the brand B-Fire. From now on Rosenbauer Rovereto Srl will produce, distribute and service the firefighting and rescue platforms under the Rosenbauer brand utilizing the world wide sales network of Rosenbauer.Rosenbauer Rovereto Srl will continue to operate at the production site in Rovereto and maintaining the same team involved up to now in this product line.
CTE SpA will keep its independence as far as design, technological innovation, production and distribution throughout its existing sales network of industrial MEWP with its well known brands like CTE B-LIFT, CTE HIGH RANGE and CTE ZED, and with the range of spiders CTE TRACCESS, all manufactured in Rivoli Veronese (Verona).
This opportunity allows CTE SpA to better re-organize its resources and activities and therefore confirm the mission to be one of the main European players in the MEWP market, while focusing on the two business areas (CTE SpA and Rosenbauer Rovereto Srl) in such peculiar market segments in order to achieve the best results sharing technological know-how and commercial experience.
