1. What is your main activity?
We deal with access platform hire.

2. When did you start?
We started in 2010 with one truck-mounted platform and one spider.

3. How did your company evolve in these last years?
Now we have 6 truck-mounted platforms, a spiderlift and a new lorry.

4. Where do you work?
Our company works within 50miles of south London.

5. What is your policy regarding your competitors?
It’s simple, we think we have to always do better than what they are doing.

6. Do you present to the market an image of company that understands the nature of the competition and that is proactive?
Yes, we think so, since we have a modern fleet of vehicles.

7. How has the market evolved recently?
The market need much more health and safety, to avoid the use of dangerous ladders.

8. How is the assistance service provided for your customers?
We ensure our phone support.

9. What is your “recipe for success” – what values are important in your daily work?
Seeing the business growing at a steady pace.

10. How big is your fleet?
7 aerial platforms, 1 lorry and 1 service van.

11. What type of machine do you own?
Truck-mounted and spiderlift platforms.

12. How many CTE platforms do you own?
7, in fact all our fleet is composed by CTE platforms.

13. What characteristics make CTE platforms winners?
The customer wants a platform that is reliable, strong, looks good. Moreover, CTE platforms command good resale values as the market knows CTE as a brand is very good quality and reliable.

14. What do your customers want in a platform? What is driving their choice, today?
Reliability and a modern fleet that is clean and tidy when they turn up at a client’s house.
