For fast and efficient technical support you can rely on Service Points, which, thanks to a dynamic and organised network, are spread throughout the country and internationally with a large number of skilled technicians who are constantly updated. ASSISTANCE AT CTE OR CUSTOMER HEADQUARTERS

A team of multilingual professionals are available on demand 7 a week, to provide ongoing customer support, at either CTE’s headquarters or yours.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE

The CTE remote service enables us, through a specific device, to check the status of the platforms directly from our office, wherever they may be. The ability to use the remote assistance depends on the machine model and the options installed.
