ASSISTANCE AT CTE OR CUSTOMER HEADQUARTERS

A team of multilingual professionals are available on demand 7 a week, to provide ongoing customer support, at either CTE’s headquarters or yours.

SOFTWARE KIT REMOTE ASSISTANCE

The software kit remote service enables us, through authorized workshops, to check the status of the platforms directly from our office, wherever they may be. The ability to use the remote assistance software depends on the machine model and the options installed.
