Blulift Access Hire based in Limerick, Ireland, have recently taken delivery of a new CTE Traccess T230 tracked access platform from CTE UK Ltd. This follows success with their other CTE machine, a Zed20C truckmount, which operates successfully under their Blulift UDrive initiative.
The Traccess T230 was chosen for its overall compactness and versatility and to meet the ever increasing demands of the tracked access market. The T230 offers 23m working height, 12m outreach and is only 0.8m wide when the basket is removed by means of a single retaining pin. Offering an unrestricted 200kg basket capacity throughout the working envelope, John Cusack of Blulift felt this machine would be an ideal asset to add to his fleet. The T230 is extremely compact, being just under 2.0m high when in the closed position and only 5.28m long. Another huge benefit is that the machine only weighs 2900kg which does allow the machine to be towed on a suitable sized trailer behind for example a Landrover Discovery.
John Cusack, of Blulift in Ireland said that the CTE products are well proven for their reliability, ease of use, and the ability to use the equipment in many market sectors. Also the full technical support and comprehensive spares holding at CTE UK, based in Leicestershire could offer led Blulift to make their decision to buy a further CTE machine to add to their already growing fleet.
