B-LIFT 540 HR

The B-LIFT 540 HR is a telescopic truck-mounted aerial platform with double jib designed for extremely complex working-at-height operations. Installable on 32-tonne trucks, it delivers high performance in terms of working height, outreach and load capacity, while maintaining precision and safety even in the most demanding working conditions.

It reaches a working height of up to 54.3 m and a maximum outreach of 40.5 m, with a basket load capacity of 600 kg (6 operators + equipment).

Advanced control and operational safety

The platform features a multi-zone stabilization system, allowing different configurations according to available space and site conditions. The 7-inch LCD display provides real-time information on the working area, stabilizers and load limiter, ensuring complete control of operating conditions.

Performance and maximum productivity

Turret rotation of up to 700° reduces repositioning time and significantly increases productivity during work at height.

The platform can be equipped with an optional 900 to 1,500 kg winch, usable in place of the basket, expanding operational possibilities to include material handling.
