1. Hello Mauro, given the wide scope of operations of your company , what is your policy regarding your competitors? Do you present to the market an image of company that understands the nature of the competition and that is proactive?
I ‘m sure that in our market sector having a competitive competition can be good and “healthy” because it keeps us always on continuous improvement, leading us to treat more and more service beyond price. I like to consider my competition as a kind of collaboration, often among companies in the same industry to forge co-existence and help if needed.

2. How has the market evolved recently?
Very good if we look at the numbers of equipment rented in 2012. The situation is less good for timeliness of payment. The crisis facing our country hit different company, which did not have any cash for the purchase of machinery opts for rental. The hirer are thus replacing the equipment manufacturers and sometimes even the banks because they are affected by delays in payments. We have made several purchases of machinery in recent months, including two truck-mounted platforms CTE ZED 21 JH, and sold a few second-hand machines that become maybe a little outdated to be hired.

3. How is the assistance service provided for your customers?
For all of us, service comes first. In several years of renting I’ve never left a broken equipment on site for more than a day, and our customers appreciate us for this service. Thanks to highly trained technicians, at the head of which my partner Fabio, many times the problems have been resolved by telephone, otherwise we go to site and within a few hours we give to our customers the possibility to resume their activities.

4. How big is your fleet?
Our fleet has 100 machines.

5. What type of machines do you own?
Aerial platforms, scissor lift and articulated platforms, both diesel and electric, track mounted platforms, telehandlers, dump trucks, trucks with cranes, mini-excavators. A few months ago we also started a new brand EQUIPMENT, with the rental of various equipment related sectors building, gardening, cleaning, DIY and generators.

6. What is your “recipe for success” – what values are important in your daily work?
Service with the capital “S” is the basis of our business. Our company is a family-company, just runned by myself with my father Augusto and my cousins Fabio and Joseph. We open our gates at seven in the morning and take them many times at eight in the evening. To help us there are 20 employees. We are available for a complete customer service and follow him from the request / booking with useful advice, then we carry out inspections on site to determine the selection of the proper equipment during the rental period and have a prompt and efficient service. Upon return we were very careful to listen to opinions and suggestions of the customers.
