CTE UK Ltd are pleased to announce an important sale to a brand new customer, a branch of Briggs Equipment Ltd based in Northern Ireland. This valued order consists of a new Zed20.2H and a quality used Zed21J truckmounted machine, both mounted on the popular Nissan 3.5T GVW Cabstar chassis.
Having taken delivery of their first truckmounted machine in January 2014, a quality used Zed21J, their success in the access rental market led very quickly to the purchase of brand new CTE Zed20.2H truckmount the following month. Initially these purchases followed extensive research, experience as a user and of course evaluation of a number of different products by Paul Tumilty, Business Development Manager (Powered Access Division) of Briggs Equipment Ltd.
Focusing on their new Zed20.2H, which was launched into the access market in 2011 (the Zed being the CTE brand identifying an articulated machine with ‘Z’ configuration and zero tailswing), and was based on the original and extremely popular Zed20 design. This machine offers great reliability, is extremely versatile and easy to use and of course very compact. An added benefit of the CTE Zed20.2H is the ‘H’ type outrigger configuration, and this was chosen for its innovative design in terms of technology, enabling quick and easy set up, ideal for use in the self drive market.
Paul Tumilty of Briggs Equipment Ltd said that the CTE products were well proven for their reliability, ease of use, as well as having the ability to use the equipment in many market sectors. Also the full technical support and comprehensive spares holding at CTE UK Ltd, based in Leicestershire could offer, led Briggs to make their decision to buy the CTE product to add to their existing fleet of plant & equipment.
