FAQ – WARRANTIES AND REGISTRATIONS

 

  • How do I activate the CTE warranty?
    At the time of delivery of the CTE platform, all the documents required to activate the warranty are provided. The “Presa in Consegna” (Handover) form (Mod. 218) is provided; it must be filled in completely by the customer and returned signed to: warrantyregistration@ctelift.com
    Once the form is received, the CTE platform will be registered in our system and the warranty will become active from that moment.

  • How do I activate the warranty on Iveco, Isuzu and Porter Piaggio truck chassis?
    You need to provide CTE’s Leasing and Registration office with a copy of the vehicle registration document, complete with license plate number and registration date.

 

  • How do I file the entry-into-service declaration on the INAIL portal?
    The machine’s entry into service must be declared before the machine is made available to workers.
    Since June 1, 2019, this can only be done through the official INAIL website www.inail.it; from there, to access the Institute’s online services, you need to select “Accedi ai servizi online” (Access online services).
    Employers in the industry, craft and services sector, public administrations holding a Pat, and the navigation sector holding a pan, already registered for online services (with the profiles of legal representative, delegate, intermediary, or navigation sector commander), must use their existing credentials. When logging in to the online service, you need to enter your login details: Username (or the individual’s tax code) and Password.
    Once the entered data is confirmed, the “My Home” page appears, showing the list of the Institute’s online services the user is authorized to access, grouped by topic.
    To access the application, click on “Certificazione e Verifica” (Certification and Inspection) and then on “CIVA”. From there, fill in the screens as they appear, one by one. To register an elevating work platform belonging to the lift, construction hoist and lifting equipment sectors, you must first select the “Sollevamento” (Lifting) sector, and in the drop-down menu that appears select “ponte mobile sviluppabile su carro ad azionamento motorizzato” (motor-driven vehicle-mounted mobile platform); once the drop-down is open, choose “Immatricolazione” (Registration) and enter the requested data step by step (when asked for the manufacture date, enter the date shown on the EC declaration of conformity). The EC declaration of conformity must be attached to the application in the “documenti da allegare” (documents to attach) section. After entering all the required information in the various sections and checking what has been entered, to submit the application you must press the “inoltra” (submit) button found at the bottom of the entry page. The receipt for the submitted application can be downloaded from the “Prestazione inoltrate” (Submitted services) section of the relevant sector/service area. If the documentation complies with the requirements, the serial number is generated; the application is closed and an email is sent to the owner to view the issued serial number.
